I had three areas of strength for the before one. The first strength is my strength in using presentation software and Microsoft Office. The second strength is my high skill in showing digital etiquette. My final strength is with using internet search engines. The three areas I could improve upon are using blogging software and wikis, knowing how to communicate with other teachers around the globe, and knowing where online communities are where I can improve my classroom. Two profession development goals for the before evaluation were to become better connected with online teacher communities and to be able to locate many resources for teachers and students to use. As I found out I had made substantial gains from when I evaluated myself at the beginning of the semester. I consider myself above the beginner standard in all but, one standard compared to the many I had at the before evaluation.
